I’m Michele, a full-time yoga therapist with over 21 years of experience in in Yoga, Pilates, Personal training and other movement modalities. I'm also a Mindfulness & Life Coach, OT Practitioner, and Lifestyle Redesign expert (with over 1,000 helping people find balance, strength, and resilience). But beyond the movement and mindfulness, I’ve discovered something even more important—true well-being is about joy, connection, and embracing life on our own terms.
That’s why I created Yoga Wine & A Good Time—a passion project dedicated to changing the way we experience wine. Forget the rules, the guilt, or the snobbery. I’m here to help you sip with intention, celebrate without overthinking, and reconnect with the simple pleasure of sharing a bottle with good company.
