These sessions are designed for all levels, offering a perfect blend of stretches, strength-building poses, and moments of calm to help you start or deepen your Yoga practice. Whether you’re rolling out your mat in the morning or winding down in the evening, these quick sessions fit seamlessly into your routine.

But that’s just the beginning. To enhance your experience, I’ve paired each Yoga session with wine education tips to develop your palate and deepen your understanding of wine. Over the course of the challenge, you’ll learn to appreciate the intricate notes of wines like the 2018 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, a complex and vibrant wine that’s the crown jewel of this journey.

And because good wine deserves great food, you’ll also receive simple, delicious recipes that complement your wine experience. These recipes are curated to make you fall in love with cooking at home, blending nourishing ingredients with flavors that feel indulgent.
